Readers of Harry Potter 6 HPB know that Harry Potter made huge progress in Potions after he got the old Advanced Potion Making of the Half-Blood Prince. Handwritten alternative instructions on the book helped him win a bottle of Felix Flicis.
Was his act of using the HPB's book, cheating? If it is, how should he be punished for his action?
