DETAILED: Cassandra is very petite since she has a small frame at only 5 ft and 2 inches and her weight of 115 lbs. She could fall into the background if she tried and thankfully she has a medium brown hair and green eyes so she doesnt really stand out with any of her features. Most of the time she just wears her hair down and tucked behind her ears so its out of her face. Sometimes she will wear it up in a ponytail if the situation calls for it.
For clothing she is pretty simple. If she didnt have to wear school robes then she would wear jeans and a nice shirt or tank top. Maybe a skirt if the occasion called for it or a nice dress if she was going somewear. Once she got to wear a nice dress to the grand openning of her fathers potion shop and that dress was floor legnth and black with a full skirt. She felt so out of place in that dress because it was so nice and she felt like she was just pretending that she belonged in that dress. Of course her father looked silly in a suit until he made a potion for demonstration and that potion exploded and burnt the suit. But putting all of that aside if she could choose then she'd pick jeans and a shirt as her everday wear. While at school of course she is dressed in house colors and her robes.
Her jewerly is simple too. Most of the time she has in a pair of pearl earrings that her mother left her before leaving her father. The pearls remind her of her mother so she will wear them often. Nails are rarely painted but always trimmed since at school they have to work with magical animals. Basically she is a plain jane who likes to fade into the background. Nothing spectacular and nothing exciting, just a normal teenage girl who is looking to get through school and get a good job afterwards.

PERSONALITY
DISLIKES: loud and crazy people, screaming, being scared, her siblings, and her mother for leaving her, the choice of weither or not to give up her magic, herbology class, being told her future, drama, backstabing "friend".
STRENGTHS: Very easy going, not easily distracted, very loyal to her true friends, strong in potions class, quiet, can gather information easily
WEAKNESSES: Is book smart and has little common sense, bad in social situations, can be pissed off easily, cant control her moods
ERISED: Would love to grow up and find a job that she loves and a man that she can love and marry

DEMENTOR: The day her mother left her family. She was in her second year and she recieved a letter from her mother basically saying good bye and to never contact her again because her mother did not like having a magical child.
DETAILED: Cassandra is very quiet and most people would call her shy. When it comes to large groups of people talking loudly and being annoying then Cassandra would just disappear into the shadows of the room where people might not notice her. But that is the way she likes it so she doesnt have to deal with people and their drama. In a way its fun to hear other people's drama and issues but she never wants to deal with the drama or be in the middle of it. That would be a nightmare to be caught in the middle of something. So by isolating herself to a few friends life's little dramas seem to disappear from her world, which she likes.
But when her friends do get to know her then she can be a great friend. yes still on the quiet side but very loyal to them. If they need someone to stand up for them then her friend can count on Cassandra to be there. However if one of her friends brings Cassandra into drama then she will be a complete bitch to them and probably do something like backstab them. In a way she is almost bipolar since she can go from calm and relaxed to very bitchy in needed and very quickly. Of course she tried not to be bitchy or suround herself with people who would backstab her. If she stands up for them then she expects them to stand up for her.
She loves to do schoolwork and spends lots of time making sure that she can do the work and do it to the best of her ability. Her favorite class is potions class and she really excels at that class. Sometimes her common sense is lacking since she is more book smart. She feels judged for being smart and for being quiet but she keeps those feelings deep inside. On the outside she is calm and collected but inside can be very tourmented.

DETAILED: Cassandra does not really have all that exciting of a history. She was born on October 5th as the youngest child of Mary and William Murphy. Her father is a wizard who currently owns his own potion store in the back area of Diagon Alley. It was a dream of his that recently he completed. Her mother was muggle born and had no idea that her husband was a wizard until Cassandra began showing signs of being magical herself. That night her father confessed everything to his family and his wife was not too thrilled about it. On her 11th birthday she found out that she would be attending Hogwarts.
During her childhood she felt very normal, except for a few weird moments everyone once in a great while, but she assumed every kid had unexplainable moments. She had two older siblings, a brother and a sister, and life jsut felt completely normal until her abilities finally came through and she went to Hogwarts. Right before attending her siblings became very mean to her and teased her mercilessly about how she was different than them. It hurt really badly so she became more quiet and very too herself as she started school. But once she started school she felt like she belonged in the world of magic.
During her second year she found out her parents were seperating and eventually got a divorce since her mother never really accepted her husband's "way of life" as she called it. Cassandra's mother jsut assumed it was something you could turn on or off. She recieved a letter from her mother basically saying that until she gave up her "lifestyle" then she could no longer see her mother or siblings. Of course she struggles with if she should give up everything to see her mom and siblings but she loves magic and probably wont give it up.

RP SAMPLE: The view was stunning since the sun was just starting to set over the horizon of the castle. The top part of the sky was a dark blue which faded to pinks and orange which faded to red eventually. Stars were just starting to show and promised a clear sky for the night. If she was into astronomy then it would have been a great night to find a telescope and admire the sky. But astronomy was not her favorite subject, actually potions was her favorite subject. Probably because she could get anything from her father’s shop so she got the opportunity to experiment and see what sort of things she could do. She had also seen the power of potions and knew that they were capable of destroying and giving life. As she sat there her hair was down and blowing in the soft breeze that was getting warmer since the summer was coming.
Summer was going to be fun this year and by fun she was really being sarcastic. It would go like any other summer since she would be working at her father’s shop again and not see anyone she knew. Maybe one her two friends from when she was younger but probably not. She didn’t think that any of her old friends would even remember her. They all ended up attending the same school while she went off to Hogwarts. None of them knew about Hogwarts and why she was going there. In fact no one from her old life knew about her abilities. It was a lonely life of only her and her father in their lonely flat in London close to his shop. He wanted to live above his shop but it was only a one bedroom and when she was home from school she couldn’t just live in the living room. Maybe this would be the summer he would sent her to a camp where all the muggles went. She hoped not since she loved the magical world and hated to leave it even fro the summer.
Since she had just been let out of classes she was still in her school uniform. She hated having such a late class since she enjoyed having evening to herself but she could not complain. Soon she would have the ability to pick her own class schedule. Since she was sitting on the end the hem of her skirt and robed was blowing in the breeze and she had to keep her hands on her lap to prevent it from flying up and flashing everyone. It was about time to go in she thought since dinner was almost ready so she got up and began to walk down to the great hall.
