FRIENDS...

Liam tends to be socially awkward. Many would see him as a bit of a genius since he can remember pretty much everything he's ever read or heard so it's not likely that he would have a huge base of friends, but a few would definitely be appreciated.

ENEMIES...

Probably anyone that keeps a lot of secrets, tells a lot of lies or just generally pretends to be someone they're not would be someone that Liam has a problem with. He is also likely to take an instant dislike to any that are obsessed with conforming to the norms of society. There's definitely a lot of potential here for anyone that's looking someone to pick a fight with or even some playful bickering...just take your pick!

LOVERS...

As far as a long term girlfriend, Liam would be looking for someone that's just as socially awkward as he is so that he would have someone that could potentially understand him. Of course, he is also far more than willing to open himself up to a world of meaningless flirting and sex...

Liam and Isabel would probably be friends if they actually met because she too is socially awkward, maybe even more so than Liam. However, she would also have a massive crush on him and think he's totally hot so she would likely stutter and blush a lot around him (not helped by the fact that she is bad with men anyways). At this point in time Liam and Isabel would have seen each other in class or around the grounds but never really conversed.

So I think they'd definitely know each other. On one hand, Arianne would admire his memory and perhaps even respect him for it. The genius thing would definitely help them being friends. He might think she's too much of a social conformist, the one who wouldnt break the rules at any cost...anyway I'm interested in knowing what you think?

Definitely meaningless flirting/sex, or they could have had a fling or two, and then he might have caught a lie or two (Diana doesnt always keep her lies straight) and started to hate her. Or that might be a possibility in the future. Anyway, Diana will do anything to make sure he doesnt spread the fact that she's a liar...would he?

I really like the idea of these two together in a romantic sense. With her being socially awkward and their shared common interests, particularly art, I could see Liam having a pretty big crush on her, maybe not right away, but eventually. Since they haven’t met yet, I don’t expect he would have a very high opinion of her. He’d probably think she’s a bit of a snob, mostly because he thinks she’s really pretty and he expects pretty girls to be snobby. Though, if she talks to most everyone in the house and not to him, then he could also see her as being a bit snobby for that as well. I think we should definitely get a thread going for these two!

Arianne && Liam
I could see these two being friends, maybe not real close friends or anything, but I could definitely see them talking and getting along. Liam would definitely tease Arianne about being a social conformist and a perfectionist. I imagine Liam would have had a small crush on her perhaps a year or two ago. I can actually see two possibilities here…First, the crush just faded as he got to know her or…Second, they flirted a bit, maybe went on a few dates (I’d suggest possibly had sex, but it doesn’t seem like something Arianne would do) and decided that they were better off as friends.

Diana && Liam
I like the way you think, Girly! *dances* I think this idea would be a lot of fun to rp, to have them flirting and have sex once (or perhaps multiple times), then Liam catch her in a lie or two. He’d definitely hate her for that. I don’t imagine he would like her all that much to begin with, but they’re both attention seekers so he’d go with it to start out with, but the lying would definitely be the end of it. I can’t see him as the type to specifically go around saying that she is a liar. He’s too shy for that, though I could see him doing other things….a few drops of veritaserum in her pumpkin juice…a hand drawn portrait of her placed somewhere around the school with the words “The Liar” written on it somewhere…or maybe a curse that causes acne to break out on her face and spell out the word liar…stuff like that, which I’m sure Diana wouldn’t take too kindly to.

I have one open in the Lawns, but its not very good so I could start a new one somewhere or you could start if you wanted. The most likely place for them to really get to talk is either in the Ravenclaw common room or outside somewhere.

I like the second option better, but knowing Arianne she probably was attracted to him too...but she couldnt actually understand that he was flirting with her (thats just hard for her) and they eventually did go on a date or two and eventually decided it was too difficult for them, broke up amicably and are still friends. I could definitely see him teasing her and her trying to influence him to be a little better or at least not get into trouble. It'd be really funny if he somehow lost points for Ravenclaw and she gave him (or tried to) give him a talking to.

I like this!
I can totally see them having a testy relationship any way, but they hook up because its convenient and okay for them to do that. And then he finds her lying. She lies a lot - it could be small things or big things, I see it as one big one small...you know he gets suspicious coz of little things and then she tells him a big fib he catches and then he does all of those things... Also, by the way, she might fake-confide in him, some of which he'll never catch on because she'd love to try and manipulate him. And haha that plan sounds so much fun. She'd murder him if she found it was him(not literally but she'd do something...especially something like try to come in between him and isabel if stuff develops)...how obvious would he be about his enemity?

Oh my gosh! Okay so I read everything about Liam and I am so excited that he's attending Hogwarts because I DEFINITELY think he's someone that Scarlett would love to have in her life in any way! They have a lot in common, especially when it comes to the arts. Scarlett loves music and would love to be a singer it's one of her many dreams. Not a lot of people even know she has a voice but she loves to sing. She definitely appreciates "different" and considers herself, her style and her way of being less than the norm. From her favorite late night snack of Triple Berry Banana Bread and Chocolate Pudding, to walking the grounds barefoot finding beauty in the odd and unique, I think she's someone who can definitely understand and appreciate Liam's way of being. Other people might find him off putting or maybe even dark or intimidating, but I think Scarlett would be intrigued and find him fascinating and perhaps someone to share her music/singing/art with. I don't know what kind of relationships they could have, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on what you think of Scarlett!

I like that! I imagine Arianne would be scolding him quite often, lol. Of course, he probably wouldn’t listen to a word of it, but she seems the type that would try anyway. Perhaps we could do a thread later on with these two, after him and Diana get into it? Arianne could scold him and be like “what the heck are you doing?”

Yay! Can’t wait…this is going to be so much fun! He wouldn’t be so obvious that everyone knew it was him (at least not by his actions…I’m not sure if Diana would tell or not), but he craves attention too much to do this sort of thing and not get credit for it. He’d have to say something to her, not an outright “I did it.” He’d be more likely to pass her in the hall and say “The pumpkin juice was great today, wasn’t it?” I doubt he’d trust her much after he found her lying a couple of times, but before that she might be able to manipulate him. Of course, that will only fuel his hatred and anger toward her. We definitely need to get a thread going with these two! Do you want to start it or would you rather I did?

Oh I definitely love the idea of having these two interacting! Scarlett is so cute and quirky! So here’s what I’m thinking…since they have so much in common I could very easily see these two being best friends (or at least very close friends if Scarlett already has a best friend). I think she is very much the sort of person that Liam would fall in love with, but not realize it until after he’s dated half the girls in the school (ok, so not really half…but you get the idea, lol). I’m not sure if it would be feasible with the way you laid out Scarlett’s history, but I just want to toss an idea out anyway to see what you think. Since both of them are purebloods and purebloods all seem to know each other, I was thinking that it could be possible that they would have known each other since they were little. If their families were friends, then they could have seen each other a few times a year when they were kids…not enough to be close when they were young, but still knew each other fairly well. Then they became closer when they started at Hogwarts. I was thinking this could be the reason why it never occurred to him to think of her as a potential girlfriend. If they knew each other growing up then he might think of her as being practically family rather than just some girl at school that he has a crush on. What do you think?

Alright so Yoora is obsessed with having friends, she wants as many as she can get. Not sure, but i'm thinking Liam would hate this, and possibly her for it. If (and because) he hated her she would probably freak out and do anything to be his best friend. So it could be a one way enemy-ship other way annoying needy friend.

If Liam didn't give into her friendship in a timely matter, Yoora is known for having a bit of a temper. So maybe she could freak out on him at some point. Before I develop this too much, please interject your thoughts, opinions, and ideas because I feel like i'm rambling,

Aw I love that you think Scarlett is cute and quirky! And I love that you love the idea of them interacting and even being best friends etc.!! I think the ideas you've come up with are awesome, totally!! I think that since Scarlett did spend some summers and stuff with the French side of her family growing up, it could be possibly that as little kids Scarlett and Liam knew each other. The French, her father's side of the family take high pride in Pureblood and so they would of course mix with other Pureblood families in Europe. I could kinda see it like Liam was sort of her escape almost, because he's obviously not like the norm and Scarlett hated all that Pureblood heirarchy and stuff. Definitely could see them like losing touch though before coming to Hogwarts and then once at Hogwarts totally reconnect and see how each other has grown! She totally wants to call him Li! I seriously though totally love your ideas and definitely think they could easily be super best/great friends with all their commonalities and Scarlett always made friends easier with boys anyway!

No worries! I love rambly people, haha! I don’t know that Liam would really hate Yoora for wanting to have many friends. He would admire her forwardness, but overall, he probably would be slightly annoyed by her. Most likely, he would enjoy antagonizing her by pointing out as many ways as he can about how she is giving in to social pressures by trying to be friends with as many people as she can. He’d probably be as amused by her actions as he would be annoyed by her.

Liam’s Mum’s side of the family is into Pureblood pride and all that, while Liam takes more after his father’s side that doesn’t care about blood status. So Liam would probably find Scarlett to be as much of an escape as he is to her. She can certainly call him Li and I imagine he would probably call her Scar if that’s alright. I was thinking it might be fun to have fun little nicknames for each other as well, perhaps from some little adventure or something when they were escaping their families?
