Sorry, took a gander around the site, and was curious how housepoints were going to work? Strictly IC or will OOC actions and advertising contribute to gain/loss?

I think that we're going to bring back getting some house points for advertising and bringing people to the board (as that's what we've done in the past and it seemed to work). I will add that into the FAQ's thread. Though IC house points will always be up for grabs as well!
