Welcome to Charms! I am the teacher. Please refer to me as Professor, or Professor Ataman. If you have a problem with doing so, or fail to be coherent house points will be take away. Throughout the course you will be learning different types of charms, it will get harder as the year progresses this isn’t an empty threat this is a fact. Before you decide to sign up for my class, you might want to know the rules:
Rule One-
You must be on time to class. Class starts on the hour the door is charmed to lock at the hour and will only be unlocked if there is an emergency. If you fail to show up for class house points will be docked. Please respect that I don’t have to teach you and it is a privilege that you get to take this class not a right.
Rule Two-
You must respect your fellow classmates and I, failure to do so will result in loss of House points, detentions, and if the circumstance permits, I will send you to the Headmaster. I am pretty lax, and I don’t wish to change this but if students start to act up I may have to.
Rule Three-
Please try in my class. Don’t be the student that takes this class because they think it will be a breeze, because I assure you it will not be. To pass the class you must try if we are working on a charm practically you must be trying, not sitting at your desk thinking you are too cool for school.
Rule Four-
Let me help you. I will be in my office after class if you need help with the work; I’m there at most times before Eight Thirty on school nights. If I know you are struggling I may ask you to come and get extra help. I’m not here to be mean I’m here to teach you the wonderful art of Charms.
