Lucy was working that afternoon after her last class, making her feel much better since she was back in her sweetshop once again. She was the only one there that day, so she was in a good mood. Her long hair was down and framing her face as she wore a short skit which was hiding behind her apron and a white v neck shirt, along with her red sneakers and a clip in her hair. She liked wearing skirt every once in awhile, and since it was slow in the shop that day, it was a good excuse. Plus she was going to talk to Merle that day.
About what happened.
They were together, yes they were together. Well they did make out on the Hufflepuff couch after Merle took her to the hospital to see if her shoulder was in tact from the brutal practice that day. So she silently thanked her shoulder for going crazy and putting her in pain, it was a good excuse for her to kiss Merle....was it even a excuse for her? She did want to kiss him, since she did have feelings for him and she wanted to let him know how she was feeling. She did like him, a lot actually. But something inside of her snapped when she straddled him, and something inside of him snapped when his hands were on her legs, in her hair, and his lips on her neck.
It was glorious.
How she never felt that, did that, was beyond her. But she was glad it was Merle she did that with. He was a big part of her life, and now that they were together it seemed logical that they were. THey both needed each other in a certain way, more than others and they made the other whole. So she was thinking about what happened as she filled up the empty viles of candy around the store, wondering when he would come by and see her.

M E R L E s h e p h e r d s o n I'm coming out of my cage Merle was punctual. Early is on time, on time is late, late is unacceptable. At least professors appreciated that sentiment. He never showed up fashionably late to any party he was invited to. He just didn't understand that concept. There were a lot of 'social concepts' he didn't quite understand, especially regarding party etiquette and that ilk. Which was probably why he had only attended the Yule Ball once in his life, on his first year. Every other year, he chose to skip it and spend time in Tennessee with his family. That was way more enjoyable than having to get suited up and dance. But then again, he didn't have any reason to go. Would he go this year? For Lucy? With Lucy? Yes, Merle was never late. If Merle was late, something had happened to him. Something big. It would take a bear dual wielding sharks that were armed with chainsaws to prevent Merle from showing up somewhere on time. But on this particular day, he was late. Sure, he had a few classes that she didn't, but he was unusually late. He had promised her he'd come by the sweet shop after classes, didn't he? He wouldn't forget something like that, would he? Of course not. Poor, absent minded Merle had just lost track of time in the Herbarium. He had been trying to cultivate confederate Jasmine in the cold Scotland weather, with little success. Having moved the plants several times around the Herbarium, he found a place that seemed to get just enough sunlight, shielded from the cold. It had bloomed! And he was so excited about it! It had grown wild over the break, making long, grasping tendrils over the floors, crawling up the wall it was near. He made several clippings, weaving them idly on his way to the sweet shop. For once, he had honestly lost track of time. As his fingers brushed over the plants, he wondered how she was doing. Her shoulder didn't still hurt, did it? Was she taking her medicine correctly? Was she taking it at all? He didn't want to have to drag her back down to the Hospital Wing. . . Tying off the vines carefully, he walked into the sweet shop. She was blocked from most of his line of sight by a candy display, but he spotted her red hair. That was enough. He smiled to himself, his face heating up with a tinge of blush -- was he really going to blush every time he saw her, now? "Lucy. . . " he said, moving over to her. In his hand, he had a lei of confederate jasmine. Merle didn't seem like the type to bring bouquets of roses, no, that was too cliche. Besides, Lucy was special. Roses weren't good enough. He stood behind her for a moment, too focused on the red of her hair to quite notice she was wearing a skirt. "Hi! I um... Sorry I'm late... I..." he murmured, for the first time in his life at a loss for words around the girl.

Lucy heard the door opening, since there was a bell over the door frame that would chime if someone was coming into the store. It was quite mystical how to rang, making Lucy smile every time she would hear it. But she looked around the corner and saw it was Merle. Her heart was skipping a beat every other time as she saw him walk into the store with a small smile on his face and a bouquet of flowers in his hands. They were so beautiful, not roses of course but Jasmine. She remembered Merle talking about Jasmine when they were together, how he was trying to grow them at school. She only saw them once or twice when they were still growing, but now they are radiant. He was smiling like a shy boy, as if it was their first date and he was about to take the plunge.
"It's okay, honest." She replied back to him in a giggle and saw his stare was lingering at her legs again. She smiled, folding her hands in front of herself, finding herself tongue tied for a brief moment before she pointed to the flowers.
"Those are beautiful, aren't those the ones you were growing at Herbology last year?" She asked him in a curious tone. He got them for her, but how could she jump onto a conclusion real quick? Maybe he brought them to, well, liven up the store and make it somewhat prettier. But then again, that didn't sound so logical to her. So he did bring her flowers, and they were very pretty. She felt a blush coming onto her face as she looked at him up and down. Merle looked like he was out of breath, and he sounded a bit flustered as well. Did he run here? It wasn't like she was crushed that he was late, she was more relaxed when it came to time.

M E R L E s h e p h e r d s o n And I've been doing just fine. Jasmine was a creeping plant with pretty white flowers that had a strong scent. Very sweet, very feminine. He had laced the vines together in a sort of double-helix fashion to create a lei out of it. He had indeed talked with her about trying to cultivate some jasmine from his home here in Scotland, hoping that it would take but not exactly having any high hopes about it. Jasmine preferred tropical or at least temperate weather, Scotland was neither of those. It was cold and nasty most of the time, in his experience. He was always longing for the warmth of his home . . . But at least he could find some of that warmth in her eyes. As she smiled at him, he found his face heating up even more as he blushed more deeply. She forgave him for his tardiness before turning her attention to the string of flowering vine he held in his hands. "Yes, actually! I didn't think they'd survive over the break, but. . . well, they flourished!" He said with a smile, stepping forward, placing the lei over her head and draping it around her neck. He definitely brought those for her. That was what boyfriends did, right? Brought flowers for their girlfriends? Of course, most boyfriends bought flowers already made into bouquets -- but Merle didn't exactly have access to a florist, so he made do with what he had. It was a sweet gesture, but he didn't think too much of it. It was just something nice he could do for her, perhaps she was having a bad day and would need cheering up. She seemed to be faring well, though. She didn't seem too tired. Merle, on the other hand, did seem a little tired. Today wasn't a good day for him, after all. It was the anniversary of his grandmother's death. Unlike Lucy, he was very close to his grandmother. She, like his mother, was a full blooded Cherokee and was a woman of few words. He remembered Lucy meeting her once, on a trip to his home to visit, but that probably would have been the only time they met. He distinctly remembered his grandmother liking Lucy, but didn't have too much to say. Merle wasn't thinking about that right now though. He was with his Lucy. That still sounded a little strange to him. His Lucy. He wasn't a jealous individual, but he was beginning to enjoy this connection with her. They were together. That would take some getting used to, but it would certainly be an enjoyable journey. His eyes trailed downward, to her legs, and he blushed. "You look nice today. I mean, especially nice." he quickly correct himself, his eyes darting back up to look at her eyes. He couldn't linger too long on her legs, lest his mind start wandering.

Lucy smiled at he placed the flowers around her neck, his skin brushing against her skin every once in awhile and it gave her chills, actually chills during a warm day at Hogsmeade. How was he doing this to her? Maybe it was the after effect from kissing him senseless in the Common Room late the night before. It wasn't like it was a bad thing that they kissed, she rather enjoyed it very much so. But now every time he touched her skin she was on fire, a feeling that she was liking and becoming addicted to.
She looked down at the flowers around her neck. Sure they weren't a bouquet, but they were still beautiful and wonderful to look at around her neck. It made her feel more like a hippie in green pastures, being one with nature and being all free. She did feel free with him, so she beamed as he looked at her up and down a few times. She wondered why he was looking at her in such a manner, sure she was built from quidditch, but she wasn't skinny. Most of the other girls were rather skinny at the school, worried about their appearances, but not Lucy. No she liked the curves she got from her mother, it was a wonderful trait she received from her. She had thighs, no denying that, and she did have hips. No, she was not stick figure.
She had a body, and she was going to flaunt it for Merle.
That was another thought, was her body that enticing for her him be cursed under? It was clear the night before when she straddled him, seeing his physical effect on her. Merle shuttered, almost lost it under her simple touch and simple look, but it was her fault too. She went over the edge of danger when it came to physical contact with another boy, but man she needed to push the boundary with him. And she was glad she did, he almost melted by a touch of her fingers.
"Thank you, they're beautiful." She said in a beaming tone, still looking down at the flowers in her hands and around her neck. She breathed them in, instantly picturing Merle's home and how he would grow them there too during the summer. She opened her eyes at Merle.
"So, about last night. I want to know what's on your mind about what we did last night." Lucy explained to him in a honest tone, "I mean, I did initiate it and all when I kissed you. But I want to know if that was okay with you."

M E R L E s h e p h e r d s o n Gotta be down because I want it all Scent was a very powerful thing. Immediately you could be transported thousands of miles and even through time through a familiar scent. Jasmine was something very special to Merle. They had quite a few trellises of jasmine on the property, and even parts of the hills were covered with the creeping plant. He loved to lay in it, staring up at the clouds as they rolled by. Someday, he wanted to do that with Lucy -- maybe even sometime soon. It was hard not to want to do that. Be with her. In any way. She had legs, and curves. He definitely preferred curves over stick figured girls, and he definitely had a thing for girls with child bearing hips, which she certainly had. Merle, on the other hand, was a bit of a stick figure. He didn't have a lot of muscle, and he was thin. He had decently broad shoulders for his height, but nothing too special. He wasn't very physically strong, but he could certainly carry her if he needed to. To say Merle would be any good in a fist fight, though, was probably stretching the truth. He was too sweet and gentle to get into a fight with anyone, though. But what if he had to? Would he have the strength or presence of mind to protect those he loved? That was actually his greatest fear -- helplessness. Having to watch his friends and family suffer because he was not strong or brave enough to do anything about it. The world was a very dangerous place, and he had a hard time imagining anything happening to his family or to Lucy. He just wouldn't be able to deal with that, if something happened to any of them and he could have stopped it. Swallowing heavily, his eyes stole several glances over her curves before turning back to her eyes. "I'm glad you like them." he smiled, stepping forward. Their feet were quite close, their toes barely an inch from each other. He stared down at her, listening as she spoke. She wanted to know how he felt about last night. What in the world was he supposed to say? Was he supposed to say she made him come in his pants? That was a bit of an embarrassment for him, and certainly not something he'd admit to unless pressed, but still! She had a distinct power over him. Hopefully, he would become a little desensitized to it, enough to fully enjoy being with her without . . . well, spending it all at once like that. "I... I'm glad you kissed me. All those times. " he explained. He wanted to say more, and, glancing around he saw that they were alone in the shop. Nevertheless, he lowered his voice to just above a whisper. This wasn't exactly something you spoke of in public, but he figured since no one was in the store, as long as they kept an ear out for the door chime, they'd be fine. "I just... I think we should be careful. When you touch me like that I want to... Well, you know. And um, well, unless you're interested in having sex, we should ... " he said, pausing, trying to think of words. Dear gods he was bad at this! Conversing! "Be prudent? I mean, I never want to stop kissing you, ever, but. . . I just don't want to rush into things without being prepared. " he said. " I just. . . This is all new to me, I've never done anything like this, or felt anything like this, with anyone. I feel like I can't control the way I feel about you, and it's amazing and wonderful, but I don't want to hurt you. " he murmured. He was silent for a few moments. "I'm making this really awkward, aren't I?" he smiled sheepishly.

Lucy was so glad he said that. So he was on board with the two of them being together. And she did feel like crap for literally throeing herself at him last night, it must of been something in the liquid medicine that made her brain go fuzzy and her skin crawl with the need of touch and attention. But now that she thought about, she threw herself on him, literally.
"Know I understand, honest." She replied back to him, "I just....well now that I think about it....I threw myself at you. I'm sorry for doing that to you. I didn't know what came over me, but I just wanted to kiss you for awhile. But what I did was a bit out there and...." Lucy explained in a rushed tone, pacing back and forth in the store and trying to get all of her thoughts out of her head and out in the open. There were two side to this whole thing.
One side was that she was glad she did it. She wanted to kiss him, he was such a great guy and they always got along, and she always felt great when she was with him. So kissing him seems so logical and so right to her. His lips on her made her feel alive, made her feel so happy and giddy at the same time.
But then there was the other side: where she looked like she was desperate and slutty. She was never a slut, not once at all. That was way out of her comfort zone, but the way she act that night before seemed like it was such. It was like she was wanting to get one thing from him, but that was not the case at all.
All of those thoughts were flooding in her mind and making her feel horrible. But she stopped talking to Merle and out loud in the store, hoping he would say something to made her feel better. So out of frustration she threw off her apron and held it in her hands, moving her hair out of her eyes and waiting for his answer.

M E R L E s h e p h e r d s o n It started out with a kiss, how did it end up like this? Merle was a bit of a grey area. Raised in an interesting in-between culture, he had some fairly different and radical ideas regarding philosophy and life. For one, he looked at things as they were, not how he wished them to be. The world didn't need to bend to his conceits. And he was glad it didn't. He also didn't perscribe to any particular religious belief, and never did. There was only here and now, no fear of the afterlife for him. He also managed to make it out of his childhood without having any hangups about sexuality. He was quick to silence people who discussed petty things like who was sleeping with who, who might be gay, who cheated on such and such, telling them that it was none of their business, and, in the case of slut shaming, he quickly told them that he wouldn't tolerate that sort of behavior. Now was no different. As she began pacing back and forth, he could tell that she somehow felt guilty for what she had done. And why? Why did she feel guilty about what she had done? People don't naturally feel guilty about things like that. Someone had to teach her that she should feel guilty about being happy being with someone in that way. Whether it was her parents, or her grandparents, or society, he didn't know and it didn't matter. If they were going to have a healthy relationship, they would have to look at things like sex and desire very frankly, and he certainly wasn't going to have her feeling sorry or guilty for coming onto him. Stepping forward as she brushed a hand through her hair, he pulled her into a warm hug. "Don't be stupid, Lucy. Nothing you did was bad or wrong, and don't let anyone, not even me, tell you any different. What you did made you happy, right?" he murmured, his lips close to her ear. He inhaled deeply for a moment, taking in the scent of her hair mingling with the jasmine lei that was around her neck, now pressed between their bodies as he held her close. "It made me happy. If it made us both happy, then there's nothing wrong with it and you shouldn't apologize." Pressing a soft kiss to her ear and cheek, he pulled away slightly to look at her. He had a very frank and serious look in his emerald eyes. He wasn't mad at her or anything, but there was a hint of concern. He didn't want her regretting anything between them. "Feeling like... like we are, and wanting to kiss and touch and do other things is completely natural. And you shouldn't feel ashamed. I really, really want to have sex with you at some point, and I'm not ashamed of feeling that way toward you. I like it, actually. It means I like you a lot, and I think you're gorgeous and I want to share things like that with you. And I don't think feeling like that makes anybody a slut, so don't even think about calling yourself that, either." he said, one hand coming up to brush her hair behind her ears, the other firmly planted at her lower back, holding her close. "So, no more of that talk, and no more apologizing for kissing me. Got it?" he said, finally smiling teasingly at her.

Lucy felt him pull her into a hug, with both of his his arms around her and breathing her in. She did the same, having both of her hands on his back near his shoulder blades and her head on his shoulder. She was home again in his hugs, making her feel sheltered and loved and soothed. How funny for her to see all of that from a simple yet effective hug. Her fingers were on her lower back, making her feel protected and safe from anyone or anything else going on around them both. That was one of the best things about Merle, he made her feel safe and protected even in the darkest of times.
He explained to her everything, how he felt about her and what they were feeling was normal. He must of thought about it for quite some time, and Lucy was so glad he did. The last thing she wanted was for him to not say anything about her almost breakdown in front of him. But he was telling her how he was feeling, and what they were feeling together as normal. It was normal in a way, Lucy figured they would have to talk about it sometime in the future whether or not they had sex. She never thought it really, but then again what was there to think about? If it was the right time, it would happen. And to have sex with Merle, well that didn't seem like a bad idea at all. In fact, it was a good thing to think about, but she knew they had awhile until they got there.
Lucy smiled and nodded her head from hearing him talk about not talking about that anymore. He always brightened her day and she gave him a sweet kiss on the lips, her hands going up to play with the small strands behind his head.
"Okay." She replied to him, looking down at what he was wearing. Sure it was his regular clothes he would wear every day, but something about that day made him look more....well...apealing. She then traced her fingers around the collar near his neck.
"And may I say, you look very handsome today." She said to him in a soft tone, a small smile on her lips as she looked into his green eyes, those eyes could make her loose her train of thought and be lost forever,

M E R L E s h e p h e r d s o n It was only a kiss, it was only a kiss. He would be her mast in whatever storm came through her life, for as long as he could. He loved holding her in his arms. She seemed to fit perfectly in his grasp, like two pieces of a puzzle they never even knew they were a part of. He attributed the latter to the oxytocin running through his veins. Love hormones. That's what all emotions were, right, just chemical impulses driven by your nervous system, right? Of course, that wasn't at all very romantic, but be that as it may, he still felt very strongly for her. And he was okay with that. To be honest, he was more than okay with it, he was beginning to cherish the rush of emotion he felt whenever she was around, or when he held her in his arms like this. If there was a god he could pray to, he'd ask for that feeling to never leave them, ever. His words seemed to calm her, to shed light on the muddled situation. He knew what it felt like to be confused, to have your feelings mixed up with your otherwise rational thoughts. He was feeling it right now, for science's sake! He stood in front of her, the light pink blush fading slowly from his cheek as he looked down on her. Someday, he'd get used to holding her like this. He wouldn't blush all of the time. It would become natural. As she looked up into his emerald eyes, complimenting his clothes, he grinned. He was just wearing his usual school uniform, a sweater vest, Hufflepuff tie and slacks! He hadn't even taken the time to change before visiting her! After all, he was in a hurry to see her. He had missed her. Her fingertips toyed with the collar of his shirt and he grinned down at her affectionately. "Why thank you. You look quite beautiful yourself, Miss Ferrier." he grinned, nuzzling his nose against hers. "I like the skirt. " he said. "You'd better not get any ideas and wear heels with that skirt, either... " he teased, lowering his head to whisper in her ear. "I might be tempted to make love to you." he grinned, fingertips digging into her side, tickling her. Already she had corrupted him. At least it was a beautiful corruption.

Lucy smiled when he leaned in towards her, feeling another rush of excitement and joy coming through her as she tightened her hold on his neck. It was good to hold him like this again, and the both of them on good terms. Real good terms if you thought about it, since they were so comfortable talking t each other and holding each other close. His breath on her skin tickled her and she rang her fingers through his hair in hopes of getting the control back on her side of the court. One thing about this relationship was simple:
She liked control.
"Remind me to wear skirt more often, since it had this type of affect on you." She whispered against his lips and gave him a sweet lips, resting of her hands on his chest and the other drapped on his shoulder. She pulled away and looked down at herself, seeing what she was wearing. Sure she did want to go girly for that day with Merle: a nice short skirt showing her legs: his new guilty pleasure. And one of her favorite v necks that she would wear constantly, she was a girl of comfort really. But now she knew what got him going, short skirts and heels. Well she won't wear heels on a regular basis, but whenever they would have a special night together she kept that item of clothing in the back of her mind.
"Calm yourself, good sir. Don't want to start something in a candy of sweets when someone could be watching, now could you?" She asked him in a smirk and kissed him on the shell of his ear, hugging him once more but more intimately. She loved being there along with him, and since the candy shop was her safe haven, it was even more safe with him in it.

M E R L E s h e p h e r d s o n Now I'm falling asleep Lucy may have liked control, but Merle loved to give it to her. He didn't often let anyone this close to him, much less a woman, but he welcomed her with open arms, literally! And her touch was something that could easily bring him to his knees. Pretty soon, he would worship the ground she walked on, especially if she kept touching him like she was. Her fingertips tangling in his hair was exquisite. Her hand slid down, resting on his chest. She could probably feel his heart thundering inside his ribcage as he held her, looking down at her. At the kiss, he returned it and smiled down to her. If she kept wearing clothes like that, he wouldn't exactly know what to do. He might have to do something drastic, like pull her into a closet and kiss her. He certainly wouldn't if she resisted, but something in the way that she spoke told him that she wanted him to be more forward with her. He was more than willing to oblige, but sometimes he just needed a little nudging in the right direction. Short skirts, heels and revealing sweaters were certainly the way to go. He was a man, of course, and noticed these things. She teased him with her words, hugging him tightly. His own arms wrapped more firmly around her, picking her up off the floor for a moment. He couldn't resist it, either. The smell of her skin was too much. He pressed a soft, gentle kiss to her neck as he held her, setting her down on the floor of the sweet shop. All at once he realized that this was very dangerous, and he shouldn't make a habit of kissing her neck like that in public. Her skin was too soft, too sweet for him to resist too much. He longed to taste more of her skin, but that just wasn't appropriate in this public place. He pulled away from her, nuzzling his nose to her own. "You're right. Shame we're not all alone, isn't it? Shame we're not... Out in the woods or something." he smirked, nudging her teasingly.

Lucy smiled and giggled form his remark. Being alone with Merle in the woods seemed like a very bad idea, especially since their feelings for each other came out in the open and they were all over each other. One thing could lead to another and they would be in big trouble, very big trouble. But he was thinking of that with her, that didn't seem like a bad idea at first to her. She would love to be alone with him on a constant basis. This side of her was new for Lucy to encounter as she smiled at him, still dangerously close to his lips as she sneaked in a quick kiss.
"In the woods, how could you think like that? What about, someplace more comfortable, like....I don't know....our common room?" She asked in a low tone, almost low enough for the vibration of her voice to ring onto his body. She smiled and pulled away from him before he would do anything to her. She decided to go and get her stash for him that she placed together that she had behind the counter by the cash register. She grabbed the small bag and walked back over to Merle, her skirt swaying back and forth as she approached him again.
"I saved you some of your favorite candy, hopefully you like it." She said to him and she placed the candy in his hand. She tried to calm down with the flirting with him, she really tried. So she tried to have some usual conversation with him and keep her cool. If she kept going all over him it would send him the wrong message, she wanted to act like a genuine person with him, be herself all over again but not a sexually frustrated girl who needed a release. That wasn't her.
That wasn't her.

M E R L E s h e p h e r d s o n And she's calling a cab. Honestly, Merle could not see anything wrong with being all alone in the woods with her, only the dirt and grass below and the trees above them. It would be incredibly tempting to just let everything go and ravish her like he wanted to, but . . . well, he couldn't see anything wrong with doing that, either, provided they were prepared sufficiently. He certainly didn't want to impregnate her. Not right now at least. Sure, he wanted kids, but not now -- that wouldn't be good for either of them. He hadn't ever discussed that sort of thing with her, whether she wanted a big family or not, and now he was beginning to wonder. Did she even want kids? "I don't know, the woods are pretty comfortable to me." he teased, pressing a gentle kiss to her lips before she skittered off behind the counter. She retrieved something from behind the cash register -- a stash of candy! She always had a decent supply of candy in her stashes, and he was beginning to wonder how exactly she didn't contract diabetes from all the sugar she was constantly ingesting. She handed him a piece of his favorite sour candy and he grinned at her devilishly, eating it. "You can't feed me candy all the time, you know. I'll get fat. I'm not like you, active in sports or anything. " he said with a smirk. He could probably stand to gain a little, the poor boy looked like a stick figure in some places. He did have decent muscle tone from working all summer at his family's dragon reservation, though. His mind began to wander to the reserve after a moment, though, and an idea came to him. His emerald eyes seemed to light up for a moment, and he perked up a little more. "Oh! I just remembered. You don't have a game or practice this weekend, do you?" he asked her, hope quite apparent in his emerald eyes. He had gotten an owl from his parents earlier that day between classes. They had asked him to come visit this weekend if he could, it was something about helping them do the yearly rounds for the dragons -- typical veterinary stuff they did once a year. There was an implied understanding that he could invite Lucy, if she wanted to go, or anyone else that was interested. "I'm going to Tennessee this weekend, did you want to go with me?" he asked.

"Oh come now candy isn't all bad for you." She said to him as she fed him another sour candy. She loved eating the stuff, and since she was fit she could get away with eating pounds upon pounds and working it off on the quidditch field. Merle, on the other hand, was always going to be skinny because of his metabolism, and he was always so worried about his own body that Lucy would have to reassure him every one in awhile in the future. She liked all of his body, stick figure and all, and since she was a bit bigger than he was she would have to double check herself before giving herself doubt.
She smiled when he asked her if she had that weekend open. She nodded her head, knowing there was no practice those days and they were given the days off to relax and study. But she didn't need to study, she was already caught up in all of her classes. BUt she heard the next things to come out of his mouth, and she was so happy al of her teeth were seen from the big smile on her face.
"I would love to." She replied to him in a grin and rushed into him with a big hug. She would love to go to America and see his dragon, and his family whom really liked her. She only met them once or twice before, but they were real nice to her. It was something that they both needed, a time away from school and a time to themselves just to think and be together. It was almost like a good start to their new romantic relationship, and it was going to be a great one, she could feel it in her bones and in her heart.
