Bel was careful walking back. Her feet moved in a way that kept the noise level down and she was very attentive to anyone or anything that was around. Perhaps she was a little paranoid but it was better safe than either dead by attack or in trouble by a professor. After all, if she was going to go back in, there was no point in getting caught for sneaking in. And the right professor would heavily dock her house points.
Thoughts ran though the Ravenclaw's mind. She had finally gotten over a few of her blocks and walls but only with one person. Would she be able to do the same with others? It didn't matter anyhow, Bel didn't expect to be talking to anyone else any time soon except for perhaps Professors but that was a different case all together.
The walk seemed longer than she remembered all the times before. Most likely it was because she wanted to stay outside, but her gut told her it was a good idea to go in. But still, such a beautiful night was almost too good to pass up. Bel let out a gentle sigh, now it was grass beneath her sandals rather than dirt and tree foliage.
The castle was close, and Bel began to wonder if she should actually try to get some sleep or stay up. She almost missed Kenny talking. She smiled gently, ”Thank you, Kenny. It was nice to get to meet you as well.” She answered, also in a soft tone to help from getting caught especially since they were now at the door of the castle. Somehow the door seemed heavier than normal, but it always did this late at night.
Bel quietly pushed the door open. She turned to Kenny and gently hugged him. ”Goodnight, Kenny. Don't get caught getting back.” She smiled and then turned and silently darted off down the dark halls. She needed time to think and probably needed a good night sleep. She got back to her common room not a moment too soon – footsteps were in the hall not to far. |

As they made it to Hogwarts it seemed that the task of making it back to the school without being caught by a prefect or even a professor was a task that seemed a tad impossible and Kenny was really feeling a bit shaky about this ordeal as he continued to stay behind Isabel. The walk back was really scary at dark, and it didn’t help at all with the dementor sightings problem going about. Despite all the troubles, Kenny kept his cool and walked through the dirt and tree sticks with Isabel to get back to the castle in one piece.
Kenny suddenly felt that his feet were on grounds that were much smoother and more nice as he realized that the two people were back at Hogwarts and he now realized that if they can make it without a sudden loud noise then they can be home free. Kenny looked around hoping that there were nobody else out as he took a deep quiet breath and followed Isabel as he noticed that she was getting a bit nervous as much as he was. It seemed that like him she did not want to get caught on the way back which could probably mean a worse punishment if it was to happen though he didn’t realize his curiosity would lead to this. He then heard Isabel spoke to him softly as she was grateful to him and told him that it was nice to meet him as well which made Kenny smiled a bit.
When the door opened softly Kenny realized that it was now time to depart from her as he felt a bit sad having to say goodnight to her for now. He was then hugged softly by Isabel as he was surprised by this as he softly hugged her back. As they embraced Isabel reminded Kenny to be careful and not get caught as he nodded and spoke softly “I won’t and be careful Isabel, goodnight to you too” he said as he quietly made his way back to his common room as he quietly entered for the rest of the night feeling very better that he had one of the best night ever that he won‘t forget.
